The most successful Afro-pop group in Kenya is in Meru county this
weekend. Sauti Sol arrived in Meru on Friday and will entertain their
Meru fans on Saturday at the Meru National polytechnic starting from 7 pm till late.
Sauti Sol arrived in Meru and immediately visited Muuga and Thirir Fm radio stations during the day. They then toured KEMU university main Campus at the invitation of their student fans. Sauti Sol's Meru tour is part of their 'Live And Die In Africa Tour' which takes them to counties across the country. They have already been to Nakuru, Eldoret and Kisumu.
The group is expected to entertain their Meru fans with hit songs like 'Sura Yako' all night on Saturday. Buying of tickets for the event has already been closed. A general admission ticket was going for Khs 400 while VIP tickets were selling at Khs 2000 each.
