CORD leader Raila Odinga is in Tharaka County at the invitation of Meru and Tharaka county opposition leaders.
According to Mike Makarina, a CORD official in charge of Meru County, the ODM leader was requested by residents of Kathwana in Tharaka to pay them a visit.
Mr. Makarena did not reveal details of the visit or the itinerary of the leader of the opposition's visit. However he expressed fears that some Jubilee leaders had planned to interrupt the tour.
