Mobile phone service provider, Airtel, now a customer care outlet in Meru town. The shop is located on the basement of the iconic Tuskys mall. Airtel customers can now get access to products and specialized services from the company's customer care agents.
This is the first Airtel customer care outlet in the county. The company's CEO Adil El Youssefi, in a statement read during the opening ceremony said the Meru outlet was opened in line with the Airtel's commitment to providing world class services.
Airtel has been expanding its business across the country by opening similar shops in areas where there were none. The expansion project is aimed at taking its products and services closer to customers. The Meru shop will offer end-to-end support services such as queries, postpaid and prepaid services, Airtel money and sim registration among others. It will also be a one stop shop for mobile phones and accessories.
