The SOS children's Village celebrated its 10th anniversary in Meru on Saturday 10 October, 2015.

The event was graced by the first lady Mrs. Margaret Kenyatta. She was received at the SOS children's center by Meru Governor Peter Munya. Others in attendance included the chairman of SOS Children's Village board of trustees, Dr Martin Oduor.
Also in attendance were the Sauti Sol. They kept guests entertained during the ceremony.
