The high-rise building is set to be built on the Tuntu Estate grounds. Demolition of houses on the County-government-owned Estate has already started.

Now Mr. Alhaji wants more details about the project to be availed to the public. The details he wants clarified include the ownership of the building, whether it is being built as a partnership and who the partners or shareholders are and the county government's stake in the project. He also wants to know the fate of residents who had rented houses at Tuntu estate.
